Why are the textures so muddy (those rocks on the right especially) and why is the image so blurry in general? Is this another one of those shitty "4K" games which are actually rendered at half resolution?

Fucking hell don't post images like that, all you're doing is showing how shit the draw distance and LoD are. Those cliffs and ground textures look awful and it seems they forgot to render shadows on most of the stuff that's further away entirely.
