I like Morrowind as much as the next guy but Vivec was awful. It's especially bad for older people who saw the concept art of a bustling city with gondolas and merchants everywhere, with the reality feeling you're running around an empty FPS arena map.

Besides, Mexico has nothing to do with Incas, Aztecs, Mayas etc.

It's only a part, but Illusion of Time/Gaia had some parts that took place in the areas where the Incans lived, had the Nazca lines and even a golden ship.

If you mean just, that sort of cultural type/region in general, then the term you want would be "Mesoamerican". If you mean generically all across the americas, not just central america/mexico, but also stuff like Inca, then you'll want to use "Precolumbian".
