its just the game unironically wont let you get better gear without HAVING ONLINE FRIENDS aka a guild that doesnt suck asshole
WoW praises solo casual gaming but this new expansion has been a nightmare because they brought back co-op and solo gaming is now frowned upon ingame
you wont get anywhere without co-operation in wow now but unless you have friends IRL that play wow, you are stuck at the bottom tier
look at the top players ingame, they all know their WoW guildies and friends IRL

a retarded bm or dh will shit on a good spriest, frost dk or warlock in normal nh and low mythic dungeons but then become useless later on
also yes NH is too hard for pugging. There's nothing wrong with that. The expansion has problems but the current raid and high m+'s are not them
