10 episodes is shorter than normal, and Adult Swim lends a tight budget to shows. With 12 episodes and a good budget, Jack vs Aku would have been much better.

But it's very mediocre at best.

I'm really happy that we got a final season but there really should've been at least 15 episodes. Making it only 10 episodes just makes it all horribly rushed. The extra 5 or so episodes would've really helped flesh things out more, especially Jakc's and Ashi's romance.
