Does Sup Forums have a dedicated audio set up for vidja?
>not using high end headphones
This. Oppo PM-3's here!
I will never understand this.
A 7.1 setup is so much better than headphones that simulates 7.1 or even 5.1.
>being an audiodumb in the current year
Why does you center channel not match your towers? Klipsch + Polk is a bad mix.
muh klipsch masterrace
That had better be sarcasm I detect. Everyone should know Paradigm is where it's at. SVS is pretty good too.
Battlestation thread in disguise.
Every man must at least have a good 2.1 setup.
And good headphones.
not everyone is a fuckin millionaire u jew
Yeah, a pair of Corsair Void
And every man shouldn't have a single bed and shitty tastes in movies.
Ok.
I'm still using my original Logitech Z-5500s. The day they die I will probably an hero.
OK then, if you're looking for something cheaper, and especially assuming you're wanting a computer setup, buy yourself a pair of JBL LSR305's or 308's. You can't tell me $300 or $400 is millionaire territory.
The LED lights are what really kill it for me.
No it's so you dont look and sound like an autist with all the Bing bing wahoo sounds
sell this shit, buy a used denon receiver and some sweet speakers, u will eargasm to infinity, forget this logitech shit
i got a yamaha speaker setup, currently saving up for a 7.1 klipsch setup
You live with your parents?
Not judging.
If it's because neighbors, the majority of the good systems makes the sound stays in the room.
If possible, consider Atmos/DTS:X (5.1.2) instead of 7.1. It's pretty cool, although not really supported by many games, Battlefront on PC is all that comes to mind, so it's more of a movie thing.
yeah, hdmi out to an old receiver i stashed under my desk that send everything to some old pioneer book shelf speakers. decent enough for music, but i also use headphones.
if i game has really good sound (which is few and far between these days) i'll move my pc to my living room and play it on my 7.1 setup, last game that really gave me an audio boner was alien isolation.
>shouldn't have a single bed
why not? not everyone is a hambeast amerifat who needs a king.
Just shows that you're still a manchild / virgin / living with mom and dad / alone but living in a shitty 20m2 jewbox.
I have a queen-sized mattress because I like to sleep with women.
I bought a Teufel CEM PE 5.1 set like 7 years ago and it just runs flawlessly all day erry day, really all I need
>the women he sleeps with are so fat that he needs a king size mattress to put them on
Converted a sony 2005-ish home 5.1 home theater speakers to surround. Only supports RCA audio so i had an adaptor to 3.5mm and stick it in to our 4k curve samsung. Doesn't really sound good but it does its job being a surround on my Pro and on the tv itself for movies and such.
A single bed is just fine, user. It's very comfy for me.
Or what are you implying?
I think he was implying that you never have women/men over for fucking.
>implying a women would step a single foot in your shitty looking room after seeing the single bed
lmaoin@urlife
How to get 5.1 DTS-MA or Dolby TrueHD sound from speakers? Optic cables downmix it to DTS-HD or lossy standard Dolby. Do I need a home theater system supporting HDMI sound input? How does this even work?
>sperging about the bed instead of any of the other autistic shit in that room
>at 4am
>in an """"audiophile"""" thread
your NEET life must be sad.
Forget the women for a sec. Are you a manlet? Serious question, how do you even fit in a single bed? I'm a lean 130 lbs and I need a queen size bed minimum, never mind having two people in it.
B-but you don't have sex in just a bed, you can do it everywhere..
HDMI and a compatible receiver is the only way to get it.
Adult beds generally differ in width, not length
>not sleeping in the fetal position
I have klipch promedia 2.1 speaker on my PC, and BIC speakers at my home theater.
It's probably only a matter of time before the potentiometer on those klipsch speakers gets fucked up. Probably won't even last two years. It already is.
There's a point where it's barely audible, Crank it a hair and the left channel cuts out, another hair and it works, but then it's almost too loud.
Sign of poorfaggotry. Also, singles are fucking short, except for king singles.
>singles are fucking short
what does it feel like to be a moron?
This is what it's like in my cuntry. Singles are too short for most men.
>188cm
>too short for most men
you're full of shit. not even the nordicks would have trouble with that.
yeah cost over 10 grand thou would sound way better then your POS
>spotify
>icons on your desktop
lmaoing at your life famurai
Depends if you like having your feet extend off the end of your bed. It's not like you have your head right up against the bed headboard either. 188cm is definitely too short for any average sized male, unless you sleep like a plebeian.
>he doesn't save everything on his desktop
Damn user
>pretending like the average height of a male in any country is 190cm+
i'm done having this conversation with you. go back to shitposting about how women will turn 360 degrees and walk away if they see a single bed.
>he can't organize his files into folders and trees
inb4 muh efficiency
>not using spotify for pure convieiance
>not realising that flac is a scam
>not spending 10000$ on hifi equipment
I only do that with stuff I'll actually have to find back someday
Everything else goes straight to desktop, and every few weeks all the stuff there gets moved into an archive folder
I even changed my default download locations to there
Where did that 190cm figure come from? Singles are 188cm, and given the other factors, anyone over 175cm should have trouble with a single.
Well, suit yourself. Maybe if you grow a few cm, you'll know the pains of short beds.
Show me those switch games, lad.
Oh wait.
I do the same thiong
I like mine
Humans generally don't lie flat in the middle of the bed
You'll turn around, move a few cm towards the top of the bed, and suddenly your feet are off the edge or your head hits the round
I'm 1.80 and 1.88 would certainly not be sufficient for my fulltime bed
I have a denon AVR-689 but it was a gift and I have no idea what speakers to get with it
just using the default ones, hooked up via a tosslink in PCM mode to the PC
But I don't know any of the right settings or anything at all really
i'm 184 and have literally no problem on the amerifat 190cm long singles. then again, i don't move at all once i'm asleep.
>not being manlet master race
You're going to notice it from now on. I can guarantee it.
Just for you user
Damn that was some ugly transparency, hopefully a little better in this version
>spending 10 grand to listen to fucking Spotify
Beanbag or Poang for tv console station?
I'm using my old couch right now.
It's just audiophile funposting user
