I'm fucking sick of this game. I love the gameplay, but I hate losing my health every time I die. Apparently it's the worst of the series, only bought it because it was on sale on PS4. Would anyone recommend buying one of the others? Considering Bloodborne

Do you have the Ring of Binding? It's found in Heide's Tower of Flame, and it prevents your max health from going below 75%, and I think it reduces the effect of hollowing even if you're not below 75%.

Anyway, the first and third games are great. 3 has an item that raises max health until you die, but dying doesn't leave you with really low health like in 2. I haven't played BB, but I hear it's great.

You wont lose your health in BB when you die and the combat is faster which makes the game more enjoyable compared to DaS in my opinion.

You should play DeS

2 is the best.

bloodourne is souls on easy mode.

And yeah, it is the worst of the series and a bad game period, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Also the DLC doesn't fix anything. Pick any of the other games and you'll have a great time.

I can name you all the early areas before the catacombs and outside the cemetery of ash they would all apply.

The whole Cathedral area, outside included, is one of the worst about it.
