League of Legends
Video games are too much of a social construct for goths.
He said goth not autistic.
Gothic?
Vampire the Masquerade
Weeb shit
Edgy shit
Dirge of Cerberus
why would goths like that shit?
b-but
Beat me to it, motherfucker.
One of my tabletop buddies is a goth and he constatly shills Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines as the best ever created.
He also plays a shit ton of League of Legends with some goth chicks.
How is being a goth viewed as a 2010s teenager?
Goth was popular in the 80s, 90s (with some variations) and then it mutated a lot in the 2000s and ended up dying as a popular subculture, I haven't seen a teenager goth in years, a decade maybe.
Castlevania
Call me a faggot but I kinda admire the dedication these old school goths have to a style that takes so much work to pull off correctly.
Besides, I don't think I could handle wearing heavy dark clothing in a hot day. Especially considering I live in a South American jungle.
...
Goths would like anything relating to tabletop or medieval RP
I mean, he's a fan of everything gothic, but atleast he usually wears a normal cloths (although black).
But speaking of proper looking edgy gothic teens, gf of one of my good friends is a bloody goth loli, no kidding. She's a total control freak tho, constatly cucking guys who aren't licking her boots.
Kingdom Hearts
>I live in a South American jungle.
wtf
...
Castlevania is the logical answer to OP, I don't know why people here are mentioning shit like League of Legends, Kingdom Hearts... I mean... what? That's not goth.
Another goth-like game is Darkstalkers.
I wouldn't necessarily classify myself as "goth", but that was the clique I got along with best in school.
Having said that, here's my 3x3. Bloodborne belongs on there somewhere.
>goth people
Those haven't existed since the plans to exterminate whites off this planet were put into motion. we booty krunkin hollarin monkeys now boiiiii
have some soup, user
>I mean, he's a fan of everything gothic, but atleast he usually wears a normal cloths (although black).
I thought the clothing was a pretty important part?
Something happened to the Goth term, now the guys who like stuff like CV and VTM are bundled in with Sonic and KH autists.
It's almost ironic considering Goth itself took over the classic notion of Gothic in many people's minds.
those aren't goths, those are faggots.
pic related is brdy goth
Soul Reaver.
too much playstation
I can agree with this.
Goth is aesthetic, not ideological. Most Goths in my time were total shitlords.
>Crtl+R
>Legacy of Kain
>Phrase not found
binding of isaac. over and over again
Raving 'cybergoths' really hated old school goths, plus they were a bunch of commie fags with no class.
Bloodborne
Alice
MediEvil
...
Not sure whether that's a dude or a chick but I couldn't not talk to them. That raven's cool as fuck.
Pretty sure thats visual kei and not goth.
Vampire the Masquerade and Shin Megami Tensei probably
Any traces 'white' counter culture was completely flushed out of modern media with nigger culture
Persona 3
I said SOul Reaver early man. We got it.
Visual kei is a scene, but the bands that form that scene range from very different styles.
Malice Mizer was most definitely gothic.
Are those even a thing these days?
This shit just makes me laugh too hard, I can't hate it. Plus the poser with the white shirt with fake blood stains in the full video always gets a chuckle from me.
Vampire the masquerade
Bloodborne
Castlevania
Silent Hill
proper goths went back to being an "underground" sort of thing after Emo/scene took over and fizzled
This cunt better lose the MC bowl.
gothic as fuck, but honestly they only went full gothic near their end, and I think part of the reason was just because they were in "mourning" over their dead drummer. when they were with gackt they were just straight Visual Kei
Someone post the image with a nosferatu on a dance floor with the vtmb ui
Man I miss Malice Mizer. Klaha was wasted talent. That fucker had a great voice. Mana went full trash with Moi Dix Mois
>Mana went full trash with Moi Dix Mois
Did he really? They had a lot of catchy songs.
i mean my girlfriend plays monster hunter and melee with me
really likes harvest moon too
the first album or two were nice, he was really channeling late Malice Mizer, then he changed singer at least once, and the new one wasn't as good. IMO eventually MDM started sounding really samesong. it all became generic sounding gothic metal and all sounded the same.
Malice Mizer at least had some variety. one day would be gothic shit with church bells and opera singing, next day would be a lighthearted catchy pop song, and then a more rock-ish song.
Early Malice Mizer was 100% gothic as well.
It was during the Gackt era that they were having their french pop phase.
Also, during Klaha era they also had a brighter side (Gardenia)
To me they were always goth though, but yeah, Gackt era was their pop era, so to speak.
seth/seiji is a really good singer though, IMO he's better trained than Juka, he's also a veteran like Mana, in the early 90s he was part of the band After Image, great band

But about Moi dix Mois, I agree, the first 2 albums were nice, and I still like many of these songs, but Dix infernal was too monotonous, the black metal motif got a bit tiring after 5 or 6 tracks that all sound too same-y. It's the sound he wanted anyway, but I also prefer the variety of Mizer.
Nocturnal Opera was a lot better, it did have variety, but by the time Beyond the Gate and then Dixanadu came out I realized Mana got very stale in terms of composition.
Kozi's solo career is a lot more interesting than Mana's moi dix mois.
It's a shame Klaha dropped off the face of the earth. He had a great voice, at least for what malice Mizer was doing with him. trying to go into pop post Malice Mizer was a bad idea. He's got a deep operatic voice not too suitable for pop, not to mention he got compared to Gackt, which didn't help him.
IMO, Klaha>Gackt>Tetsu
...
>that time they made a Dracula movie
cheesy as fuck and basically just a super extended music video for their last Album.
I loved it
Pathologic, and possibly The Void(Turgor/Tension).
Hope thats a chick
Yeah, recently Mana tweeted that he doesn't know where Klaha is either.
Have you heard Pride of Mind?
For me its Tetsu>Klaha>Gackt
Tetsu era is my favorite and I think his voice really fits that era of Malice Mizer's music, more old school goth rock-sounding than the later more symphonic sound (which fit Klaha best)
i thought this is the video where there is a dancing panda walking thru
me wearing the mask
I had a goth friend, they love the shit out of castlevania.
