Game has pop culture references

>game has pop culture references

literature was pop culture once

>game is a thinly veiled allegory for current political events

I'd rather have that than memes.

>game

You better not be shitting on Gex.

>they're done tastefully

>implying a Sup Forums redditor knows what tasteful is

Blow it out your ass.

>Stick a sword through a campfire, and probably a ghost sitting around it
Boom, a Dark Souls reference. How original.

>game namedrops books/authors/philosophers

>game came out less than 5 years ago
>pop culture references are already dated because they decided to include some bleeding-edge, flash in the pan thing that stopped being relevant 6 months after the game was released

>just about every meme in memelands 2 is even more outdated than when they first became memes

THIS LOOKS LIKE AN ALL-NIGHTER AT RICHARD SIMMONS' HOUSE

> game has references

>monty python references
how does anyone enjoy british """humor"""

Don't

DN3D did this right. One liners aside, all of the movie references were in hard to find secrets. They were fun to find and made you want to find them all. It wasn't like DNF where they were all very obvious.

>britbong
>never watch monty python
>friends find out
>say I need to watch it
>tell them I don't want to
>reddit-tier friend buys me the dvds
>fuck
>have to sit through hours of THIN MINT PEE PEE POO POO

But who would this bother beside weird autistic virgins?

kek

But honestly, they're great, but severely overrated.
