Well there is the uncertainty of when the other FFVII Remake episodes/parts/games are going to be releasing since work on the first is still underway and that doesn't have an exact release date yet.

Then there is the conveniently omitted Marvel License IP that as I said previously, has not been revealed and is probably too early in development to accurately gauge when it is going to release.
