Has anyone ever gifted you a videogame you didn't ask for and it turned out to be one of your favorites?

No. The only time that happened to me it was Starbound.

I don't have any internet friends to gift games to and even when i do, they don't play it.

What games do you like user

>Don't be a cuck.

No. I've been gifted garbage like Dust or Thomas was Alone before, but never something I ended up liking.

I like any game if its good.

From dust or the furry game?

The latter

No but I've received games I didn't ask for that sucked.

An acquiantance gifted me subnautica for my bday. We weren't even good friends so I found it a bit awkward. It was an ok game though

but you did ask for that

>gift two friends cave story
>neither of them play it

>gifting a shitier version of a free game

>receive steam gift out of nowhere
>doesn't seem like a game i would enjoy
>never play it
>WOW DUDE I GAVE YOU THAT, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T PLAY IT, NICE FRIEND YOU ARE, REMIND ME NEVER TO GIFT YOU ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN

Is this game still retardedly difficult if you play at 60fps instead of 30?

>Is this game still retardedly difficult if you play at 60fps instead of 30?
yes

>Has anyone ever gifted you a videogame
No.

>Get a gift
>Duck Game
>never heard of it
>turns out to be one of the best things i've played

I had the exact same experience.

At least open the game.

>Receive gift out of the blue
>It's some awful shovelware game that was probably free
>Have to leave it open and act like it's an awesome game

What game?

Yes. Soul Reaver. It was some of the best shit ever.

>gifted Night In The Woods
>am now an unstable emotional wreck
Thanks friend!
I'm not even baiting someone fucking time travel and stop me from playing this fucking garbage.

Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky
Thanks Logan

Also got Dragons Dogma which while not my favorite is still very good

>it didn't happen to me
>but it happened once

No, the last game I got as a gift was Space Engineers. Played less than an hour and never touched it again.

There's a fan fix but I can't vouch if it works or not

R6 seige

I know that feel. I got Dream TV for the SNES for Christmas from my dad one year. I know he worked his balls off to get us a good Christmas so I didn't want one of his gifts to go to waste. The game plays like shit. I kept playing it while he was in the room to make him think I liked it, though.

No because my steam friends are fuckijg tight cunts.

Fucking gift them a game every Birthday and Christmas off their wish list.

Nothing in return.
Fucking twats.

Whoever the based user who gifted me Dragon's Dogma, I payed it forward and gifted an user DMC4SE.

>Sup Forums memes
return the gift

No, my friends have shit taste

I randomly got a gift from a guy who wasn't on very good terms with me a bit before we argued for a while and he cut all contact with me. Very confusing.

he wanted to make things right

Yeah, it was Just Cause 2 with a Humble Bundle key, I liked it but it's not one of my top 10s
>tfw never get lucky on those xmas steam gift threads

Once I bought a Skullgirls key and it took a couple days for the guy to send it to me, and as a apology he gifted me Styx: Master of Shadows; I loved it.

Wait what? I'm playing at 144, what's more difficult with it?

No

Enemies deal more damage when there's more fps for some reason, maybe they tied damage to frames or something. They'll probably patch it out. The test was that you could take 7 seconds of damage in either 30 or 60 fps, can't remember and you could only take like 1.2 seconds of damage in 120-144 fps or something like that.

why did you spoiler that?

No, I only get stuck with meme games from them

I wish.
Would love discucknored 2

Why don't you go read Made in Abyss, you'll feel way better user.
