Are there any mods to remove the protagonist's voice acting and revert the dialogue wheel back into a menu that tells you exactly what you're going to say?

I liked the one that allowed me to use ballistic weave without having to join the Railroad.
Also I didn't like the game because I found it really repetitive :^)

I know for a fact there's a mute protag mod, I don't know about the dialogue menu showing exactly what you'd say but that's a pretty good idea.

I'm fairly sure those mods exist exactly if you just go looking for them.
You'll still not really get to play your own character though, due to bethesda's writing.

I hate that now you think back, adding a voice protag was really just a desprate attempt to casualize the game and make it approachable for people who just play action games, the first step in a transitional period from RPG to just plain action shooter.
Plus a lot of their new systems were just experiments hacked together by dudes, fallout 4 really was more of a guinea pig game than a product made for consumers, talk about the real vault tech experiment.

Calling it now, fallout 5 wont even let you make a character.

Fallout 4 somehow manages to be worse than Fallout 3.

the gunplay is alot better than any other FPS fallout
but the story and the quests, the bulk of what people play an RPG for, it's just stale as fuck

I was a console fag back when I played the game so the mods I used were probably shit in comparison to the mods that were available on PC. Nevertheless, there was a deagle mod and a mod that turned the Red Rocket station into a fully developed building that were pretty good. Also there was an Atomic Radio station mod which added a new station with a couple ads and mock shows in between songs being played.

There is. I found a butt and breast physics mod for it, and another that stops the annoying issue where the boobs will suck into the chest when you jump. I forget what its called, but its there. I dont use it because while I like T+A, I still go for the 'little more than a handful is good' approach. Not 'I can actually smother the commonwealth with my tits' approach.
