They were dead to me the second i found out Kenny and Jane died. What they should have done is take an extra 2 years to develop season 3 into 3 seperate campaigns. One with AJ alone in Wellington (Clem acts motherly), one with Kenny in Florida (Clem acts more childlike), and one with Jane in the forest (acts more aggressive)

First off confession involves taking responsibility. She never did, she always blamed others, she blamed the shadowy organization for blackmailing her into murdering all those people while trying to kill the MCs while ignoring the fact that she could have always said no, not to mention the worst possible outcome was that her boyfriend could leave her (Hardly worth dozens of innocent lives) And that's putting aside the fact that it was her horrible, illegal child kidnapping/murder past that left her vulnerable to blackmail in the first place.

And she honestly seemed to think she was justified in murdering one of the MCs mom just because taking care of her was stopping her from moving on.

She literally uses the phrase "I had no choice" to describe every horrible thing she did when in reality she only ever had to sacrifice a small bit of her own happiness to save the lives of others.
But she always chose her own happiness over innocent lives

Secondly she never "confessed" anyway because the main characters figured it out on their own and when her fiance found out it was only unconscious mumbling she had no control over.

Officially she a minor villain, but in my book she was by far the most evil and horrible person in the whole game.
And because she was considered minor they felt comfortable letting her get away with it so she faces no justice, and like I said in my first post her fiance even decides to stay with her so she ends up getting everything she ever wanted in the end.

Literally her ending is happier then some of the MCs.
