resident evil 2 remake is over the shoulder, with a VR mercenaries mode which will be sony exclusive. the campaigns aren't leon a/claire b, you just switch characters like in re7.

Because there's nothing interesting worth leaking these days. Video games these days are shit. Even the ones that are interesting and have a good, solid premise (i.e. RS6 Siege and its wall blowing, floor smashing fun-fest) is made shit by its poor servers and dev support (not to mention the huge downgrade between the pre-rendered E3 trailer and the actual game we got).

There's nothing to gain from E3 except pre-rendered trailers that don't account for shit. Shit, give me some money and I'll fucking draw you some games on a piece of paper and mail it to you - and you'll probably get more satisfaction out of it anyway because when the game ultimately ends up a boring disappointment you can burn the pages and feel like you're spiting the devs and publishers who swindled you out of your money.
