Never played any Persona or SMT game before this. It's great. Is this considered the best one in the franchise? Are most of the other games better than it?

hitlers persona is better

For the persona franchise? Yea it's up there but the rest of the games are worth a try.

...

I like Persona 5. If it's overrated trash, then this Persona 3 must be really good.

take off your nostalgia goggles buddy, all Persona games are great

Hello, buttmad pcfag

Nocturne's the best overall

Butthurt p3fag, accept Tartarus sucks

>P3
>That high
Literally babby's first Persona game only overshadowed by how easy P4 is

NOCTURNE RUINED MAINLINE

I NEED PICTURES

PICTURES OF MAKOTO AND HER FLARING HIPS

>SMT Persona
>timeless classic

you have not played it

I don't like Makoto all that much, but here is the only image I have of her.

is there an updated "how to get into SMT" image? i've seen one floating around but it's pretty outdated

It sucks when you see meme images about series you like and can't really do anything about it without shitting on some aspect of it

This isn't funny, this is just sadistic you jerk.

Is it good? I heard it was

Yea the gameplay is satisfying and the social stuff isn't tedious to keep up with.

Persona 3, 4, and 5 use a similar time management system, though if you go in reverse order Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are the only ones that are playable.

There was a Persona 4 anime which changed the direction of the Persona 4 series and made the series mainstream.

you shouldn't assume what games someone will consider playable

The games since Persona 3 stick a self insert into a situation where they have a year to fix a problem.
Persona 3 the MC has to investigate why there's extra time at midnight.
Persona 4 the MC has to solve a murder mystery where people are killed on foggy nights.
Persona 5 the MC has to make evil people see they were doing something wrong.

There's dungeon exploration but many days are spent on eating challenges at restaurants, being an enabler for friends, and buying things on Sunday infomercials.

It's fun.
