I remember that e3. Sony showed us the wii remote clone. Microsoft showed us project natal. And nintendo gave us that shit. Before that e3, I was a super fanboy of nintendo, then after I saw that. I died inside. Nowadays I dont give a shit,I just want to play games.

As good as the games could get, this shit is merely to improve the experience, it's not even essential. Most of the market would skip it or just ignore its existence. I can see Nintendo realizing this and trashing the concept.

They had jackshit else to show that year and they knew it.

Just like they got the Wii Zapper peripheral for one or two games or the Wii Speak peripheral for one or two games or the Wii Fit board for one or two games.

The Zapper isn't even a peripheral. Its just a shell. The Wiimote has no idea you're even using it.
