Looking back now, was Twinsanity a good Crash game, or a bad one? It felt like a natural evolution as the series went to a new platform, better than Wrath of Cortey that was copy paste Warped.

I don't personally think it's that faithful. It's a lifeless bastardisation that seems to have lost every bit of its charm.
I will still be buying/playing it, but visually I think it's horrible. I'm sure the gameplay is on point.

Does such a thing exist? There are just people who really liked the original games. A whole lot of people, actually. In England, at least, Crash is 'that game' that you can mention to most mid-twenties folks and they'll foam at the mouth with nostalgia.
I still think the originals are great and play them now and again, will still get this for kicks.

The only games ever my mom played were the Crash games. The PS3 edition is shit with horrible lags between the contoller and the lags. I'm looking forward because she can finally play again.

I played through the original last year, and it's aged really fucking nicely. Animations, scenery, gameplay, music is still all spot on and fairly timeless

it was a good game, it wasnt a good Crash game, it introduced too many unnecessary editions to the series which would be carried over into Tag Team Racing, Titans and Mind over Mutant. which we all know were the death of the series

It's about introducing new players to crash and giving the old crash fans who aren't that into games much anymore an opportunity to play it again since the old games sell for ridiculous prices these days.
Also it's to revive the series by gathering interest etc.

Unfortunately Spyro isn't as popular so the best option would be going with this first, plus VV has never even developed a Spyro game so ehh
Well a lot of their employees have made crash game in the past anyway, but yeah this too.
There is talk in interviews with VV employees of CTR remake too, though personally I'd like to see a new game first.
