Sunset Sarsaparilla

What does it even taste like?Asking because i'm not a burger

Like Root Beer and Cowboy Sweat

root beer
iirc europoors use the flavor of sarsaparilla for some medicines

Like a less strong, and maybe more gingery root beer.

Sarsaparilla is more or less root beer, just less sweet, a tad bit more bitter and gingery, and overall better. It's sharper rather than the bluntness of root beer.

Sort of like an amaro or Kräuterlikör but not as syrupy and less intense with the herbal flavor.

never really liked the taste of beer, more of a whiskey and scotch guy...how significant is the taste differance?I'm getting a vague idea of it tasting Cider-ish.

Root beer is a soda, not beer.

As a European who used to drink Sarsaparilla on a regular basis thanks to Fallout:NV, the taste equates to liquorice-flavoured carbonated beverage.

Root beer is not the same as beer you fucking spastic. How have you not had root beer?

god new vegas was fucking smug trash

>heh so remember how there was nuka cola in fallout 3
>well yeah heh... our game is just a little bit different, heh...
>we've got our own thing... heh...
>yeah, it's sarsaparilla, heh... like how cowboys drink and stuff, heh...
>on account of how we have spurs that jingle jangle jingle, heh...
>little inside joke there that you fallout 3 guys won't understand, heh...

How have you not had an electric kettle?

I thought it was a soda.

to answer this bluntly

No,so how was i suppose to know?

todd what are you doing here

A spicery root beer.

and sarsaparilla is not regular root beer you spastic fuck. Maybe he hasn't spent time in the American southwest?

Sarsaparilla is a kind of soda, I think it's one of the oldest kinds of sodas out there. It tastes of caramel with a slightly bitter taste to it, nowhere near as sweet as root beer or Birch Beer (which is not a beer in the traditional sense). Honestly more craft soda companies should bring it back into style.

That's it, I'm not fucking around anymore. Buy Fallout 4™ and the Fallout 4 Season Pass™ along with Skyrim: Special Edition™ or I'm blowing this place sky high.

West cost prefers root beer, east coast prefers cola, off yourself.

a sweeter root beer
Its to root beer what dr pepper is to coke

But there are like 3-4 different kinds of nuka cola and only one kind of sunset sarsaparilla

Plus fallout 4 has nuka wild, which is a jab at New Vegas itself.

Here's the (you) bucko

>Nuka Cola tried to make their own sarsaparilla drink, but it failed to sell in the east

Root beer is the best soda, and I've seen Europeans on Sup Forums fucking gushing about it. They might not like everything we make over here but they apparently like that one. But tbqhwy family I've never had sarsaparilla before either.

lol

Easy there Todd, no need to go ballistic

>and I've seen Europeans on Sup Forums fucking gushing about it

What did you mean when you said this?

root beer is extremely common in the us to the point where i, and probably most us citizens, knew what it was and that it was distinct from beer by the time i knew how to spell those words
ofc this assumption falls apart outside of na, he probably didn't realize you're from somewhere else or he didn't realize root beer isn't all that common outside of north america.

Gushing about it as in creaming their panties talking about how delicious it is. I think the britbongs and Germans both think root beer is GOAT but it isn't common there so they have to find out about it somehow.

Root beer doesn't really exist outside of America. Also, sassafras tastes similar to wintergreen, which a lot of Europeans use to flavor medicine, so a lot of Europeans don't like the flavor simply because it reminds them of cough syrup.

OP here,to be more specific i am from
Eastern Europe

do you cheeki when you breeki?

It kind of fell out of style when real sassafras was banned by the FDA. I don't know why root beer survived though. Probably because it's sweeter and so makes the artificial flavoring less obvious.

I've had root beer and sarsaparilla several times in my life and thanks to this thread I can't remember what they taste like.

of course!
