What ever happened to Rewind? I thought it was due for 2016.
from 'Timesplitters 4' wikipedia article
>On 5 February 2017, TimeSplitters Rewind was given a release estimate. The game is expected to release sometime in 2017.[20]
Even the ammo boxes were humorous
Fan made games are just whenever they're done. Last time I looked it up they were pretty far through it.
IT'S
I love that you could tell the residual influence the devs had from Perfect Dark & Goldeneye. RIP free radical

You some kind of faggot?
I remember being annoyed that the janitor wasn't a playable model.
this is one of those games that Sup Forums kept hyping up until I played it and it was actual shit.
anyone who played as the monkies in multiplayer can eat a dick
The intro level where you happen to find all the perfect weapons in the exact spot you need them.
Because you placed them there.
Simply brilliant.

Anyone try emulating it on PCSX2 and play it with M+KB? I love the game but hated playing it with a controller
That's just going to be multiplayer though, right? Or are they adding the campaign?
>Ben Newman characters
>Graeme Norgate music
>Rare gameplay
Was this series the perfect storm of games or what?
timesplitters are one of my fav games Sup Forums but be real
could it be ''remade'' today?
with all the jokes and stuff like the old ones who would ever make it?
Are jokes not allowed these days?
Sup Forums faggots would call it a reddit or meme game.
Sup Forums guys who actually play games would play it
Actually I think i just described most new games.
FR didn't work on Perfect Dark.
not really. everything has to either be gritty, hardcore "not your grandma's game!!!" shit, or it's a big cinematic shooter on wheels that should have just stayed a movie script.
>Timesplitters
>single player
Future Perfect had plenty of single player content, including a fuckload of challenges and unlockables. It even had a fairly complex level editor for single player missions.
If D44m had any sort of workable multiplayer and a level editor, it would have been a nice return to form.
>Most of Free Radical Design's employees previously worked for the game developer Rare. While at Rare, they (David Doak, Steve Ellis, Karl Hilton, Graeme Norgate and Lee Ray) worked on the Nintendo 64 first-person shooters GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark. From late 1998 to early 1999, this team left Rare to form Free Radical Design, which was established in April 1999, their first release being TimeSplitters for the PlayStation 2 in 2000. It was known for its very fast-paced gameplay and its particular emphasis on multiplayer rather than story.[1]
TS2 > TS3
Even when it came out I thought 2 was better than 3 and going back to them now I still feel that way.
>TS2 > TS3
Not in any way, shape or form. TS3 was TS2 with a fuckload of extras, additional characters and a campaign. It was an upgrade in every sense.
this is the correct opinion. TS2 had no drunk russians in every level
