It's not happening is it

it's not happening is it

It will, they like money

Why wouldnt it

They already said it would

I'd only care about it if they had gc games because fuck dolphin

I've only seen source where they said it "might"
Being able to charge full retail price for Street Fighter II and Seiken Densetsu is where the moneys at baby
GC games will get HD Editions in vain of WW and TP

What's the point, just play on emulators.

>Melee HD will happen

the most likely thing is a digital download code with the Switch Smash for an SD version

For that matter, is Sony giving up on PS1 games with the PS4?
You could get them on PS3, PSP, and Vita for all those years but then the PS4 comes out and they seem to have just said "fuck it."

yep, Nintendo is following Sony
except where Sony will remake PS1 games for the PS4, the Switch will probably just bundle them into "mega" or "legacy" collections

>switch
>HD

choose one

If the people think that melee HD is gonna happen without removing all the stuff like wavedash, waveshine, shffl, out of shield and more shit they should see a doctor cause they are fucking retarded.

Just use a emulator you corporate dicksucker.

It doesn't even have a d-pad. Retro games would be unplayable.

Stability, portability, morality

well obviously
the point of the discussion is Nintendo is scrapping a one of the main selling points of their consoles
and they'll be charging people increased prices for "remastered" versions of old games
TP HD was full retail price

The 4 buttons are somewhat usable as a D-Pad.

Sadly the Pro Controller is terrible in this regard - somehow Nintendo actually fucked up its D-Pad and made it super-sensitive to picking up diagonal inputs.
If you are switching directions from left to right, you must deliberately put in an effort to avoid an up or down input as your thumb moves across the D-Pad.

GameCube won't happen.

I just feel it. Sucks man.

With an included $16 Amiibo. Wind Waker HD was $50 at launch and was dropped to $20.

the eShop has sales? or is this the physical release?

Physical and digital both got a permanent price drop. It was added to the Nintendo Selects line.

It does just barely qualify as HD.
