If a HD collection of the original 3 (including twin snakes GC MGS1 version) came to Switch, I would violently orgasm.

Boss his wounds on his face from the Paz explosion, yet the helicopter is still functioning and it's dawn (a few hours after GZ). The Paz bomb is what caused the helicopter to "crash", so why would there exist a shot of the helicopter functioning? The helicopter never "crashed", after Paz dies they returned to Camp Omega and something happened. The revelation will be
a) TPP is a coma nightmare
b) TPP is VR simulation
c) Zero captured Boss at Omega and fucked with his brain to induce schizophrenia (Venom and Boss are the same person)
The revelation will lead into MGS5.

Also in this picture, the ceiling fan only exists in two locations of TPP. The hospital and during the Shining Lights mission. The fan does not exist during the gameplay, it only spawns during the cutscene of Shining Lights. Its reality bleeding into the nightmare / simulation. There should not exist a shot of Boss with wounds of the Paz explosion because the helicopter "crashed".

I find this stuff interesting but the cynic in me can't help but think this big grand orchestration just isn't possible in today's world. I would let him move on if he didn't destroy the Metal Gear lore with TPP. Before he can move on he has to fix the lore and provide a satisfying conclusion to the series. Thankfully, he'll be doing just that. Camp Omega ending will retcon TPP and the real MGS5 will be the opportunity to give us what we wanted. Let's just hope the real MGS5 doesn't turn out to be shit.

Before the crash, Big Boss has a clean face.
After Paz explodes not too far from the helicopter, he suffers burns on the eyepatch side of his face and forehead.

There is a scene where the 794 helicopter flies in the middle of the ocean at dawn.

cleverly masked in to make the viewer think it's right before landing on the attacked Mother Base.
And in the cutscene after Phantom Limbs, as a "pre-rendered cutscene". I can't think of other instances where they have the cutscene be pre-rendered, though other flashbacks certainly happen throughout TPP.

It feels really strange, to ask to have the games on Switch, of all consoles, when Metal Gear has pretty much been a Sony franchise for most of its life

This scene was carried over to the retail version of the 2nd game without editing out the contradictory face wounds, instead choosing to make the whole scene pre-rendered.

The fact that this scene was made in the first place implies the crash, and consequently coma + body double never actually happened, which makes Snake and Kaz's survival likelier all things considered.
