WAR is going to be cucked because of Intervention and because of Blackest night. WAR also cannot afford to go into defiance without losing a ton of DPS.

A sole surivor trick attack is completely unnecessary and overkill. A change like that would only happen if DRK sees less play than 3.0 PLD.

As good as DRK is, 2x DRK would suck. Blackest Night likely wouldn't stack, bosses wouldn't put out enough damage to break them all if they did. Mitigation and damage would be way down.

You see WARcuck, if you could actually read tooltip, you would know that the gauge increase gets proced at the end of the shield duration, regardless if consumed by attacks or not and there are no stacking limitations on top of it.

DRK does more damage and gets a stronger, spammable Fell Cleave, on top of the free ogcd Trick Attack every 2 minutes.

Low Blow's current incarnation is trash. It might as well have just not had the stun effect because it didn't do anything where it really mattered: in raids.
The gutting of Reprisal is a legitimate complaint. 60 second CD for 5% damage reduction for 5 seconds is awful.
The removal of Scourge is something everyone should've seen coming because it's a stand-alone DoT. I fucking hate that it's being removed because it's one of my favourite weaponskill animations in the game, but it is what it is.

Play the one you're most interested in. In the new expansion, it doesn't really matter what you pick because cross-class abilities are reworked.

If you want to be a tank, both Gladiator/Paladin or Marauder/Warrior is fine.
For a DPS, all of them are good except Pugilist/Monk LOL

For healers you can only access Conjurer/White Mage but it's in a bad spot right now.

You can change role at any time after you hit 15. There are suboptimal roles but more often than not, those roles share gear with others in the same role, so you'll never technically locked of anything. Despite all the class related shitposting in these threads, it's extremely rare than standard duty finder/party finder excludes any role since all of them are viable. If you plan to raid with a static, results may vary if you want to stick to one role over others.

WHM is the only problematic looking class entering 4.0.

They lost Bloodbath, Mercy Stroke, and Foresight, not Reprisal and Low Blow. Blackest Night and Bloodspiller are more than a replacement for just having potency attached to the old versions of those skills and the cross-role options are more interesting than their utility.

DRK had two combos:Power Slash and Syphon Strike. You never use non-DA Souleater and you never use Delirium when you need to blow a DA or cap out on MP.

Those always get deleted by the WoWfag mods, barely counts.

Weaker, less spammable. You can't afford to DA every Bloodspiller because you need your MP for Blackest Night and DA+CnS, so most of the time it's going to be 380 potency. And Blood buildup isn't as fast as Beast buildup, so at most you'll be able to match 12 FCs per 120s. 10 of those 12 FCs are also buffed by 30%, something DRK has no equivalent of.

Yes, because trying to push away the other healer and his MP isn't viable at all. Never mind the situations where the healer was as good as dead so many times that Mr. DPS marker could have helped getting rid of it, then the DPS.
