Honestly, the only good games on that list is Bloodborne and Yakuza 0. Everything else is either trash or can be played on other systems (i.e Persona 5).

I spent about 120 on botw and loved it. I'm playing Horizon now and the combat, writing, and quests are better and have much more depth. It feels like Ubisoft tried to make a Witcher style game and did a good job. Obviously the rpg elements are much weaker than Witcher and even botw but they suffice. The fun of exploration in botw can't be beat though. I wish every game let you climb and gave you a hang glider.

I see one 10/10 exclusive, a few 7/10 or less exclusives, and a bunch of multiplats and ports. Still not worth owning a PS4.

The problem is the experience can greatly differ. I'll admit PC tends to have more going for it, but consoles can feel more natural when playing.

I own a bone, a ps4, a switch and any other console. Not one of those consoles has brought me as much happiness as the dog I adopted last week.

Is Gravity Rush worth the price? That's the only game that I do not own, and Amazon has raised the price to $50+.

The original GR for 50 bucks? No. It's a very short game. We're talking 8-10 hours for a playthrough and maybe 15 hours for the platinum trophy. Just get it digital or import it from the EU if you really need a physical copy. It's 14€ on the german amazon.

Digimon Cybersluts should be on everyone's mustplays. Better than pokemon in every way. Hard mode is the way to go, altho bosses are kinda impossible. However you do get a ton of money if you beat them on hard.

As someone who put 90 fucking hours into Horizon, its kind of ass. the feminism BS is not AS bad as it seems but its generally still kind of obnoxious. facial animation is rather poor and desyncs or just sucks a lot. VA's are pretty shitty aside from Ashley Burch and maybe two or three other characters max. The axtually interesting part of the story is backloaded into the last 3-4 missions in the main questline. The music is alright. Exploration is neato, until you realize how clunky the climbing and general terain movement is (especially after playing Breath of the wild 100%. The machine designs are cool. Gameplay mechanics are functional.

I'd give it a 6/10 Game is a mess of mediocrity but if you are remotely interested at least rent it and give it an hour or two. not worth anywhere near full price though.


I bought it full price and was a bit of a waste of money, even though I sat down and got all the achievements. Fuck all those data logs though. a lot of them pontificate and are too long for their own good.

How so? The fighting mechanics are quite clunky and it's basically the same every game. The story is fun though, if you play games for story you might like it.
