Guaranteed. Development team themselves said they cut them out cause they wouldn't work on the 3DS but th worked fine on the Wii U but Sakurai didn't want version exclusive characters.

And if you want more fan-made character, but low-effort character design and sprites, try SSB crusade.

Super Smash Flash is much more fluid than SSB Crusade, but SSB Crusade has more characters so have that.

I don't really like his recovery. It's kind of stupid. So is his neutral special. What in the fuck were they thinking? He seems kind of overpowered, too.

He is not overpowered. his neutral B doesn't even give items when items are turned off and he has an exploitable recovery
