What they lacked in time and resources they could have made up for in what was actually written, and outside of her going from angry to less angry, there's just not a lot we can learn and appreciate about her.

A2 went from a vengeful girl into a sympathetic character, while interacting with character noone would've believed like 042. The only issue as I mentioned before is the content and the rushing of her character development instead of taking it by step. Nonetheless she's still a great one and you should appreciate her.

Because with 2B, you see her struggling to contain her emotions and what her duty asks of her, and with 9S we see his search for the truth and his eventual breakdown, but with A2, I can't see a lot that can make her a fan favorite.

A2 had a goal she wanted to meet with her friends, at least they mean a lot for her and she really was happy for meeting them. Why wouldn't people enjoy or care for her? her character is even more colorlful than 2B's. And as I said in my previous posts she cared for the machines especially pascal which makes her a very interesting character unlike someone who asking a lot of questions.

Well now user you're just being rude. A2 is angry, she meets the machines, and learns how to be less angry. It's an arc we already see at the start of the game with the other characters and immediatly after that we have going to the tower, and trying to stop 9S. There's not a lot there, and what is doesn't give us much. If you like A2, go right ahead, but to argue that A2 is superior and 9S is somehow shit, when 9S has both more development and an arc that carries through the entire game, is a bit silly.
