As if they ran out of budget so they needed to sacrifice her character, they mightve ruined the entire story board so they needed to rewrite it as if it only was 9S who moved the plot further.

The game isn't about her. She's a character in the world, sure, but it's not her story, nor her place to take up character development time. Her story was already told in the pre-release material. The game is all about 9S, and to some extent 2B.

Taro Yoko is the director and the major scenario writer for the game (there are a couple others though) who worked with Takahisa Taura the lead game designer in order to develop the game for Square Enix. Nope, just further clarified it. This games definitely wasn't a one man show like a lot of people seem to think it was. Anyway despite enjoying the game I'm actually kind of tired of talking about it already to be honest I've slowly come to realize. Most of it is just Sup Forums dick sucking the game and Taro Yoko and posting the same old fanarts of the androids while talking out of it's ass anyway. It's another case of there's nothing really left to discuss about a game so it's just rehashed threads and people's general ignorance. Considering Sup Forums still makes threads for games like Tokyo Mirage Sessions asking the exact same questions it's been asking for 2 years now about it though this hardly comes as a surprise. Sup Forums is always at least a few months behind on when it's clearly been time for a while to move on from something.

Oh no, they are excellent character and their story and feelings for each other have multiple layers that unfold one after another as game progresses. Probably the most interesting and complicated pair of characters Taro ever did.
