Snes9x for general use, higan/bsnes if you're a real stickler for 100% accuracy.
If you like the ZSNES UI use ZMZ.

SNES9x is basically the best option for anyone. Higan is too much of a pain in the ass to play around with, and ZSNES is buggy as shit. SNES9x hits that sweet spot of accuracy and ease of use.

It depends. Do you just want to play Super Nintendo games and don't really care about accuracy for some of the lesser games? Use ZSNES. If you're autistic and require absolute accuracy to the original video game (even though you're playing it on a fucking 1080p LCD monitor and you haven't invested in an SNES Flashcart/collection), use BSNES. BSNES is made by some guy named Byuu or some shit and he used to post it all the fucking time. It's probably the best SNES emulator but I don't give enough of a shit to change after over a decade of ZSNES, especially considering the fact that almost all of the accuracy problems are in shitty games like Daffy Duck and Terminator that nobody in their right mind should want to play.

Also ZSNES is the only emulator that'll run most ROM hacks, which is half the fun of the emulator.
