Honestly though 8-4 has my respect just for keeping Nowi from talking in 3rd person. It's something cute/young girls do in JP and it does not fucking translate, noone talks like that on English, so people need to stop translating it literally like that.

You retard, it is not considered remotely natural in Japanese either. If you went to Japan and referred to yourself in the third person everyone would think you're retarded. It is purely a trait of characters in fiction, like much of what you see in anime and video games.
