uninstall W10, install W7 Ultimate.

I've started to see more and more of these "WAAH! I GOT GTX1080 TI + i7 7700K + 64GB RAM, AND GAMES RUN LIKE SHIT AT 720P/LOW!!!" in past few weeks. Clearly Wontworks 10 is part of the problem.

No, it does not. I have no idea where this meme / marketing bullshit originates from.

Look up some unpaid benchmark comparisons, and you will see that most games get MAYBE 1-2 extra frames on W10, and not at all in many others. Some titles even get WORSE performance, and there's been handful of games that simply do not start at all on W10.

So yeah, on top of being a botnet trash that looks like its GUI was designed in MS Paint with square shape tool, it also gimps your performance + saps your internet all the time.

Yes, I even ran CCleaner just in case, and nothing works. I'm so sad because people yell at me all the time and I need games to take my mind off things but now I won't have that anymore I don't know what to do.

First you need to actually check to see if the framerate is dropping. If it isn't, this kind of problem could easily be the result of the mouse or the way the games are handling the mouse.

I tried a different mouse but it didn't help. When I move the camera around quickly the FPS just stops. And when I move it really quickly from left to right it goes down to 1 frame per second :(
