Is it already on life support? How much time it got left?
Is it already on life support? How much time it got left?
>16k
>Life support
>muh next tortanic
>muh life support meme
Its doing pretty fine and since the port wasnt complete garbage it will only do better once the finish M+KB support and it goes on sale.
according to Sup Forums tf2 is on life support and that game averages about 50k
That's pretty damn good for a fighting game.
"TF2 is dead" is just people's way of saying "I didn't like update X"
Is 18,766 the highest peak out of all fighting games on Steam?
at first i thought murhtal cumbat 10 was the highest, but it only peaked at 13k
That is the power of Tekken. Gonna keep shilling this game for free until MKX and SFV are forgotten nightmares.
5k in a month
3k in 2 months
>fighting gaem on pc
Those are the people that play Tekken/SF/whatever for the single player, it will be dead in a couple of days
3k is still a large community and easy to find games.
This is literally the opposite of the truth. Most casuals will buy the game on console. That's always how it's been.
Well, that was quick. I'll maybe get when complete edition is released.
This. The console install base is almost always higher for fighting games.
It's a weird world we live in when Netherealm, an American company, skips a PC release while fucking Namco releases a solid-as-fuck PC ports of their headline fighting franchise.
Let's hope this means we get SoulCalibur VI on PC.
"Pros" or whatever you want to call them won't get in on PC. There are enough so called casuals that want to play a fighting game but dont want to invest in a console (no reason to spend $$$ for a couple hours SP gameplay).
Are there higher numbers on consoles? Yes. Does this mean a bigger number of casuals? Yes.
Fighting genre on PC is dead , ever was, ever will be.
>bought it on PC
>friends bought it on PS4
>been able to find games no problem everytime, barely any lag, only 2 disconnects
>friends on PS4 who have to pay for their online sub can't even play other people online because it keeps dropping as soon as they find players
>friend wants the ranked trophy but physically can't get it
even the most obscure fightcade games still have active communities
you're full of shit
>pros say the PC version is objectively better
>almost all of them playing on PC
what did he mean by this?
hey at least you might be able to get into a fucking lobby on PC
jesus christ ps4 online is fucking trash
>Are there higher numbers on consoles? Yes. Does this mean a bigger number of casuals? Yes.
I've been playing on the PC and have somehow racked up a quick play win streak of 17 and it's still going, I can't even remember the last time I played a fighting game either. I dread to think about the console player base if it does have more casuals.
Where is the actual proof that the western tekken ps4 base is bigger than the PC one?
>making up shit so the pcfagthing comunity doesnt look worse
tf2 is dead because nobody is actually "playing"
>50k idle accounts = an active player base
Games have a limited lifespan, TF2 has long past it.
If that is life support than SFV has gone out of existance.
nope just go watch any tekken ps4 stream
>Jivers this desperate
Aris plays T7 on PC, that's literally all you need to know to not buy it on console.
there's probably more players than idle accounts. But they're all 10 year old kids playing on the family PC. Remember, TF2 can run on anything, it's free, and it's pretty fun if you have nothing else.
What the fuck is a jiver?
Are all of these gooks playing on PC?
Peter "Combofied" Rosas, John D., and their many underpaid and overworked interns who shill SFV and shit on every other fighter whenever possible
>according to Sup Forums
Are you an idiot?
every of the mainstream fighting games at launch has like 20k online players but after a couple of months they all end up averaging around 1k. It happens to every time. The casuals will get bored soon and only the core audience will remain.
>when you're so deep into your own delusions that you create a name for the enemy that doesn't exist
Get the constant circel jerking over at /fgg/ get to your heads?
Don't answer. It's a rhetorical question.
From everything I've heard, this I honestly accurate. PS4 connections are less stable, takes longer to setup a match and even rematches have nearly minute-long load times.
PC is apparently objectively the best version right now.
The ones with the clear Xbox button inputs most likely are. The on that says (PC) is probably PC as well.
the old tf2 culture is absolutely and completely dead though.
Don't forget, Combo, you guys were always spamming THIS IS OUR JIVE, STREET FIGHTER 5 before release. Then stopped immediately after the busted launch.
Really makes you think
>damage control
Do you... do you fucking type out post numbers?
>shitposters are finally confirmed to be from reddit
I knew it. I fucking knew it.
>All time peak in the last 24h
Fucking idiot
I misclicked when deleting a typo. Simple mistakes. Can't say the same for Capcom's mistakes though.
I'm on to you dude
And I'm onto you, Combo.
tf2 is dead for the amount of fuckers using hacks. not because of playerbase
>damage control
Nah, you've been found out, son.
Screenshotted for further use.
Idling doesn't work anymore morons.
A capcom intern would know what damage control looks like, hmmm?
And now he's posting smug anime girls, too.
Mental illness confirmed.
>that glaring white background that's burning out your retinas
do yourself a favor and get BTTV if you're going to use twitch, it has a dark theme that makes the website look less like a flaming hot shit
B-B-BUSTED
You know disliking smug anime girls is the number one identifier of reddit crossposters. Way to out yourself.
Smug anime girls are shitposter 101. Sounds like you're a redditor who did superficial research on board culture.
Not him but smug anime girls leads always to avatarfagging and this is against the rules. Get the fuck out, facebook.
>M+KB support
>in a fightan
Fucking what.
then csgo is dead too
CSGO was never alive
CSGO was literally on life support when it was released. Hats and skins got it where it is now.
>Playing Fighting Games
>On PC
Couch plays are too good
CSGO was actually dead until the crate shit
3k player base in 1v1 matchmaking is quite a good number desu
>SFV and MKX still have 2k and 1k people respectively
T7, considering how amazing of a port it is, should easily secure double numbers after the current hype is over.
You sound like a butthurt redditor trying too hard to fit in.
Only if its the same anime girl.
>Always
You're all eternal newfags.
Samefag.
...
They fixed the old "idle" like 5 years ago. but there is still a way to join a server, not play, and get items.
>The definitive experience for Tekken 7 is the arcade version.
>Arcade is just a custom PC.
>The developers waited 2 years to put the game on PS4, citing the lack of console sales.
No, user. PC is the definitive version.
Consoles were never meant for real fightan games.
Actually only pros play it on consoles because all tournaments are on ps4. Not to mention pc is brutal when you have different pc builds running at different framerates
It's locked at 60 on PC
Actually of you turn on any Tekken7 stream or go to any Tekken pro's twitter you'll see they're playing the game on PC.
Also, no. That's not how computers work at tournaments. They are all the same build and all run at 60fps with no drops or hiccups like you'll see on ps4
>Playing Tekken 7 on PS4
lmaoing at your life, senpai
well, aris also said that if you give a shit about playing tournament standard you'd be playing on PS4 because that's what tournaments are being hosted on right now, but he also pointed out that 99% of people shouldn't give a shit because you're garbage and tournament standard probably doesn't matter and just buy the game on pc you dumb stoner
