The title and the piano at the end were perfect. You just stare at that shit for 5 minutes thinking about the experience

Undertale. Saying goodbye to everyone... Was sad...

It wasnt exhentai

Nier: Automata, once I got ending E and gave up all my save data to help another player.

Sup Forums shills every game when it comes out because we have a fucking shill problem.

Persona 5

Okami, I bought it on PS2, Wii and PS3 and I just can't kill the last boss because I don't want it to end until there's a real Okami2 announced.

Advance Wars: Days of Ruin
Gonna do another run soon

IB

Dude. Stop.

Honestly find it amazing how the hatedom for Undertale is more autistic than the fandom.

That truely is a feat among gods.

game was ok, netural run is the only fun mode since true feels like a shitty mother 3 fangame and geno is boring as shit

People really praised this trash? The music was high tier but everything else was so cringe worthy

Jebbus crust,what shitty tastes...
Undertake is 8bit crap, how can someone...baaah...
OK,
real list.

Silent hill 2

Flashback
COD 4

Genocide is paced "alright" at least until Hotlands/The Core, where 40 monsters is just busywork. Undyne is also much more fun to fight than Sans is.

That said, I agree with most people's general introspections that Neutral is the most fun route, Asgore is a much better final boss (at least thematically/emotionally) than either Asriel or Sans, as Asgore's fight still obeys the rules of the game, while both Asriel and Sans do not. Conversely, that's why Undying Undyne's fight is so much damn fun, because she's the hardest "fair" fight in Undertale.

Persona 3,4,5

Journey.

Meeting my anonymous partner and exploring the world together with no words spoken was incredible. We danced, jumped, dove, and floated our way through the world, building trust and friendship that surprised me in how engaging it got. Remember when you'd become best friends with someone as a kid for no particular reason? I was able to experience that again with my Journey partner for the first time in years.

When they died before the last ascent, I made that last push for them. I legitimately wanted to finish it in the right way for someone I'd never met. It was an exhilarating but bittersweet experience because I knew that I would never speak to them again.

What a great game.

>Undertake is 8bit crap

Leave this board and never come back.

Finishing The Witcher trilogy left me in a depression

What if I told you the deviantart people this board mocked for a decade never really grew up? And that they moved on to Tumblr and Homestuck. And they may have gotten obsessed over Earthbound in the meantime while completely missing the point of the game. There you go, that's the formula.

>OK,

Now imagine reading through all the books from Blood of Elves and the Lady of the Lake and then playing nothing but the games immediately there after realize there is nothing left after finishing Witcher 3.

I felt a void in my soul like I've never felt before in my entire life. You feel a deep sadness of time frame when you completely finish something you dedicate weeks to.

It was a great story and I personally loved the gameplay.

If you cant empathize with other characters, then you will not like the game, since the whole game is set on the basis that you care about Goat Mom or the Skeletons.

And the music is great. Just adding bass to the song made a character go from Goofy and silly to a real threat.

FF6
Chrono Trigger
Nier Automata, after clearing all endings.
ICO
Ace Combat 0

I've had crushing disappointment induced sadness a bunch of times, like with MGSV and Nier Automata
For games that were so good to make me sad, I don't know. Red Dead Redemption the first time around comes to mind

paper mario 64 being the first rpg that at least i tried to complete it.

Only when it's pretty much certain the game won't get a sequel and it didn't wrap up fully. Tactics Ogre is one.

This one

Persona 5. I won't be able to experience it for the first time again.

Red Dead Redemption, this, and absolutely this.

I recently played Metroid Prime 1 for the first time, with a friend. We took turns and it was one of the best gaming experiences I ever had, the game is absolutely amazing especially when playing for the first time.

We waited around half a year and just started Prime 2. It's just as good in my opinion, even though this first thrill of progression is not as strong by now.

NieR: Automata
Suikoden
Xenogears

Fucking this, Skies of Arcadia was a god tier game and every part of it left me teary eyed when I finished it.

RIP my bro

Overhead

All my favorite games, except Isaac because it's the kind of game you finish once, and kart games too. ( But was sad as fuck when online was removed )

>tfw literally sat for a few minutes staring at the screen knowing that nothing in the next few years will come close to being this enjoyable for me

*it's not

The end of the Jak and Daxter trilogy.
MGS4.

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

youtube.com/watch?v=VQzgI6xJEH0

what? the island at the end was fucking shit and annoyed me

I can play it whenever I want, but nothing will beat the first completion.
