Just doing commentaries right now might start doing a podcast with gamin footage in the background though

Is raw footage viable these days?

too lazy for that shit.

go away. remember to report these non-vidya threads

I bet you'd like more pol filled "Sup Forums" threads wouldnt you pal

nice argument. if you don't like x you must like y, huh. never knew that

...

I got 7000 total views and gave up even though I hadn't received a single dislike yet. I want to start back up again since I have almost $2000 worth of recording equipment.

Eh, not so good. I'm trying to get a Twitch/ YouTube Gaming channel off the ground and no one seems interested in what I have to stream. I usually stream more low-spec/retro stuff 'cause my laptops a potato. Any advice from more successful streamers? Is hopping between games bad? What if my free time is inconsistent and I can't stick to a concrete schedule for more than a few weeks (me being a student and all)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

are you trying low spec indie games? Sounds like its the only thing you can run

It hasn't. I've started writing scripts for different type of analysis or retrospectives, but I'm no sure how I would get footage for some movies and games. Plus I'm not sure I want to spend so much time on something 12 people will watch

Either indie or older mainstream stuff circa early 2000's and earlier. I can run newer stuff like Overwatch, but I have to turn off everything else and put it on the lowest possible settings, and even then I only get roughly 25 fps, so all that's out of the question.

Is it possible to get similar success running a jewtube gaming channel as an attractive man that hot grills do?

I'm an objectively a very good looking guy and I wouldn't mind getting some free money every month without having to put forth any effort.

>how to get 150k+ views guaranteed every video
>Minecraft + Fidget Spinner """"Giveaway coming soon"""
already made 3k this month using this shit.

>report these non vidya threads
>"how's that GAMING channel going?"

Imagine being this much of an illiterate faggot.

interesting what type of format do you use?

fuck is wrong with you nigga

Currently trying this format for some comparisons, any tips on how I can improve this?

>Started streaming since I was laid off
>Everything great on the first week, comfy streams with about 10-15 people in it
>Finally get a job
> Have no energy to stream since I'm always off around midnight

Don't stream is my advice.

Youtube is a lot easier to develop a fanbase for. Your shit goes up, people can find it. They can sub, and they can watch as much as you have out, whenever they want.

If you streamed for 2 hours a day, at inconsistent intervals, you're not getting anywhere. To stream, you seriously have to sit down, and stream 8-10 hours a day, with consistency. If you're not streaming, someone else is taking your viewers. If you're 10 minutes late, those guys are going to someone else' stream.

Streaming is brutal.

Fair enough. I mean, I hear that consistency is a huge factor in the whole streaming game. I COULD stream for about 5-6 hours 3 days out of the week. (I was thinking Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday from 5-10/11pm). Would that cut it if I was on the ball about it? Like with a schedule of games per-day/week and everything?

sounds like an unemployed man's job

I make videos on retro PC games. Only 200 subscribers though.

Are wannabe youtubers and streamers the new "idea guys"?

>i have this great idea for a gaming channel / stream that nobody's ever done before
>no charisma, good looks, intellect, charm, anything interesting to say, no unique selling point
>i literally don't understand why i'm not more popular than pdp?????
