i got the first payday game for free, now i got the second one for free. does the second one suck any less? guess i'll see while I play it for trading cards, if it is then into the hidden folder it goes.

They removed the DLC from the store to cram into the "Ultimate Edition" so your kinda stuck with base game/community updates

You don't get any of the DLC.
Once all 5 million copies are given away, they're going to release the "ultimate edition" of the game. It costs $45 and comes with all the previous DLC.
Worth nothing you won't be able to buy individual DLC anymore. So if you already bought the game and half the DLC, you need to buy the $45 version to get the rest.

wow, how many fucking times did they do this shit? i swear they've done this atleast 3-4 times already where they sell a new edition with all the latest DLC, mainly for consoles because they dont want to do patches or some shit. do people still play this fucking game enough to buy a rehashed copy?

It doesnt come with the DLC, but you can unlock it with one thing called Payday 2 DLC Unlocker.

You get a little tag that says "Cheater". That's it. It doesn't actually stop you.

Asking as an outsider to this game, which DLC is generally considered the best? The only ones I'm really interested in are the Hotline Miami DLC because it's one of my favorite games of all time and whichever DLC has Sydney because of my fetish for punk girls.

There will be a cheaper upgrade to the ultimate edition if you own the base game, and even cheaper if you own dlc for it. But I guess it wouldn't be Sup Forums if you don't try to spin giving away a game for free as 'le evil jews.'
