It includes Zelda and a DK Coaster as well. Thoughts? I'll post more concept art in the thread.
Orlando Nintendoland Concept Leak
DK Coaster Concept Art
Mario Kart Concept Art
they better have donkey kong miniature barrel mugs as souvenirs
Hyrule Castle Attraction
More Mario Kart
Looks fun.
I was just at universal a few months ago, this seems like more of a kiddie attraction
The mummy ride is the best ride between both parks
>Kirby's Kid's Playland
>also a wet play area
If theres the Fountain of Dreams centerpiece that lights up beautifully at night itll be a cute addition
Theme parks sucks
>no brutal F-Zero VR rollercoaster
Ninty. Ninty, you had one job and you fucking FAILED MISERABLY.
>tfw you feel it ended already but then it goes backwards at the same speed
Jesus fuck
>No Alien Encounter-esque Metroid attraction
JUST
It would've been cool, but you have to admit what they've drawn up is pretty fucking awesome.
Is there a Metroid ride where I wait for years only to end up with an experience which is terrible?
Nobody cares about f-zero
Yes, but it's a great reason to build a sick rollercoaster. YOU KNOW, THE SOLE REASON TO GO TO THESE PARKS AT ALL.
OP Here
Various patents related to Nintendoland: universal.wdwinfo.com
>get to the real end
>video of brendan thanking you for riding
Hopefully they never replace that clip
>mario stuff split between two areas that are at opposite sides of each other
huh?
or you could use Mario Kart, something people actually recognize outside of SSB memes
> Orlando
God damn it, why do us Californian always get the shaft.
Looks fun desu.
Theme Parks =/= Amusement Parks
>zelda's kingdom
>not hyrule kingdom
Kind of hard to do that when your movie studio is very close to the park
>wife and I go to Disney and Universal for honeymoon for 10 days
>Universal was one day, went primarily for the harry potter areas
>once we get bored of that we look around for other rides
>see the mummy ride has no line, decide to give it a go
>mfw the ceiling lights on fire
Not only was it the best ride at Universal, it was the best ride we went on throughout the trip. The food at Disney was fantastic though.
>Kirby is just the kiddie section of the park
You guys are getting a Nintendoland too. It's gonna be a bit smaller though.
I hope california sloughs into the ocean .
I don't like the fact that I can see the supports. God forbid they dim the lights a bit more
Disney's food is life changing. However Uni has stepped it up recently. Their new Chocolate Emporium is fucking incredible.
No you fucking can't. MK isn't known for speed and has kiddie appeal, so even if there is a mario kart rollercoaster it'd be lethargic piece of shit.
>character stage
Well I can think of ways this could go horribly wrong
>Princess Peach's CALSTLE
these rides are going to fall apart aren't they
We went all out and got the most expensive dining option. The amount of steak, clams, and pig belly I ate should have been illegal. The Yachtman, the steakhouse in Epcot Canada, and the Mexican restaurant in Epcot Mexico were the best.
The section that the nintendoland is replacing is incredibly small, especially since the ET ride is being kept.
Looking at this, the scale is pretty obvious. The DK rollercoaster, for example, is the size of the Kwik-E mart from the simpson's section, which is not very large.
Another comparison is the simpson's ride, which is literally just a big building with stationary cars. Somehow an entire coaster with lines needs to fit in the same place. I'm not sure how they'll do it considering the space.
I live in orlando and am a universal passholder so I've seen the area they're replacing quite a few times.
Maybe one of his many eldritch abomination final bosses will pop out of his ride?
>*crosses fingers for any Mother series acknowledgement*
I'll take literally anything
A statue, a store, consession stands, pieces of it in the enviorment
ANYTHING
They're expanding past it as well. It's gonna be around 55 acres.
They managed to fit Diagon Alley into Jaws, they can make this work.
>hey kid, wanna ride the warp star?
Someone hasn't played 200cc or fathomed how the feeling of getting a mushroom on one of these rides might be
this map doesn't make sense. I go to universal every year.
The simpsons ride is in the spot where Kwik-e mart is in reality. on the map they're reversed.
E.T. Adventure is behind simpsons land not across the way.
Unless they plan on moving everything, which is unlikely, I call bullshit
Why not a US version of the Kirby Cafe to eat at? The one in Japan looks comfy as fuck.
Maybe there will be a PK BURGER at the food stand.
I do as well and that's wrong?
>and the Mexican restaurant in Epcot Mexico
My nigga. The outdoor stand is good too. I love me some churros.
I need to make it back down to Orlando once Star Wars Land opens. It's been too long.
>Went last year to Orlando
>Ride the Hogwarts for the first time
>My body wasn't ready
>I was dizzy and felt a bit sick afterwards for some time
Anyone else experience this? I NEVER get motion sick in rides, that was a first.
Cool, a theater/arena.
>Ganondorf vs Link sword duels
Maybe they do some audience interaction like the Batman show did at Six Flags.
Looks cool. Especially since I live in NJ, so I'll actually be able to check this out, if it's true.
The outdoor Japanese Counter Service has some amazing Chicken Cutlet Curry. Also love Norway, France and Canada's food.
I think everything there besides China and Italy honestly are amazing
I meant the one were you go flying inside the castle and shit, not the express, btw.
I want to die too
Oh.
The Zelda attraction is an even cheesier version than Medieval Times.
Obviously the Zelda name is more recognizable to normies than Hyrule.
When I rode the Aerosmith coaster at MGM (it's still MGM to me damn it).
I'm not normally a coaster guy but I can stomach indoor coasters fine. Felt sick as hell afterwards.
"The second patent, which was filed back on March 7, 2017, is for a System and Method for a Moving Puzzle Theater. Diagrams for this patent show seating areas in a hub and spoke style set up that are connected to arms and have the ability to maneuver into different positions where the seats can move together, spread apart, and even move over top of each other."
>universal.wdwinfo.com
>Disney food
>Order a burger from tomorrowland food station
>The meat is fucking leaking some sort of brown substance and is plain as hell
Maybe it was bad luck? But it was sort of digusting.
Does anyone else feel nostalgic for Camp Hyrule looking at that map?
The tomorrowland food station isn't exactly one of the best places to get food. I like it there due to nostalgia but that's not only one of the worst places in MK. But MK as a whole probably has the worst counter service choices of all four parks.
200cc is not fast. It's just not designed for MK's tracks and handling model, so you have to brake to not hit shit.
The pizza I had in WDW was surprisingly good for a small pie.
this is the area its replacing
>tfw the seating will change when Ganon assumes his final form.
I can dream.
>show seating areas in a hub and spoke style set up that are connected to arms and have the ability to maneuver into different positions where the seats can move together, spread apart, and even move over top of each other."
I swear if this is a fucking block puzzle
Any of the quick service shit at Disney is mediocre fast-food tier.
The next time you go save up some money and get the Dining Plan so you can go to all the fancy quality restaraunts and order their most expensive food.
I like the mushroom idea, though. Imagine hearing "You got boost power!" and feeling a sudden kick from 70 to 120 km/h in the middle of the next corner.
They have room outside of the area they still haven't used. Not much in the grand scheme of the resort, but it adds up.
Various insiders are backing this up as seeming fairly legitimate to what they've heard as well.
>Moving Puzzle Theater
god fucking dammit aonuma
is that ET ride still up?
It also lines up with the patents they've made. The announced rides and the rumors Kidz Zone is getting taken out.
The amount of time they would've had to make this vs what we have is too good to be fake. This may not be the final version, but there's a good chance this is an official design (even as said if not the last version).
>tfw barneyfag starts showing up in nintendo threads
source, op?
1.- Will take away a part that no one gives a shit about
2.-Will just become the new kiddies zone
Jesus fuck, I hope not, also, on a related note.
>Go in 2000' to Universal
>See back to the future attraction, I was really hyped
>There was the Delorean and the train too
>Enter the ride and have a blast with the Dinosaurs and shit
>Go last year
>It was replaced by the Simpsons
>The Delorean is just sort of there tucked in a corner where no one can see it, as if they were ashamed of it
End me
Yep. Spielberg said if it gets taken down he'll never work with Universal again.
He cares a lot about that ride.
I can see it now
>"Mommy, mommy! I wanna to take a picture with Princess Peach! Pleeease Mommy?"
>"Of course sweetie! Let's go take a picture with her together! She's my favorite Disney Princess!"
>no more Back to the Future ride
I'm still pissed
It's a leak. It showed up on imgur. There's no way of 100% confirming but it lines up with the patents being filed as well as some of the stuff in the official announcement.
The amount of concept art put all together would be a lot to be created in the two days since Nintendoland was announced. And this is as I said earlier being backed by a lot of insiders on various Universal sites who have had good track records with their info.
Yeah, I haven't been since Back to the Future was taken out. The DeLorean would just make me sad. ;_;
>no pokemon petting zoo
It's pretty nostalgic to be honest, you can still get that hand-made feel from it, kind of charming and a time machine in a way.
Still, last time I went, there was old wet smell all over the place, not disgusting, just smelled like something really old and wet, added to the charm I guess but it was kinda sad.
AH! I see it now.
This makes much more sense. Thanks!
>tfw the Marvel part isn't being replaced
>Kirby's Kids Playland
Fucking demolish this! Kirby is an adult game!
Don't ever eat at the cheap places at Disney it's all fast food tier
Go for the restaurants that require reservations or most restaurants in the epcot countries area. Last time I went I ate at the hibachi grill restaurant in epcot and it was fantastic
>Pokemon Training Academy
>they give you a Pokedex app and have Pokemon statues hidden all around the park for you to take snapshots of
>the more you find before you submit your album, the better the prize you get
There's the Pokemon Training Academy. I don't know if that's just a merch store or what. Weird they didn't devote much space to Pokemon.
A safari type area with Pokemon would be cool.
They did a refurb last week I believe which helped. They'll probably do something more drastic once they can get other stuff running. That ride is one of my all time favorites.
They def won't be doing that. That section of the park is the only thing keeping Disney from being able to use Marvel IPs and has some of their best rides.
What are they doing where Jaws was?
>Do you really think it would be cute and comfy?
>kirby's kid's
>kid's
>'s
>the simpson's
>'s
either fake or whoever wrote this needs to go back to fucking first grade.
A pink homosexual puff ball that sucks everyone off is a kids game
>Last time I went, it was a big family trip and most were my small cousing
>I was the only adult (I'm the oldest cousing)
>Didn't go to Epcot (my fave) because kids might find it boring
Fuck this shit, only been to Disney twice in my life and who knows when I'll be able to go there again since I'm not from the U.S
>has a whole park full of shit owned by Disney
forgot all about this, that's pretty hilarious
how does it even work, does the profits from marvel merchandise sold in islands of adventure go to universal or disney?
That sounds boring and waste of potential
Honestly from the tooltip it just keeps reminding me of a model of some profile of a guy's guts and rectum.
I want to go to Disney World and Universal so badly.
Is that weird as a 26 year old adult male?

Solid community running. Could always use more!
>everyone just catalogs it on the internet
