Do you already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse? If not, I'd save up a bit longer

no

Its possible if you follow these absolute rules

Spend no more than $10 on a keyboard and mouse each. NO SSD. HDD should be no more than $50. Monitor cant exceed $100. Case should not exceed $25. No more than $75 on 8gb of ram. Make it cheap as possible. Can skip a case if you go open air and this might let you get away with no CPU cooler (which other wise should not exceed $20 so get the Hyper Evo 220

All money should go towards CPU and GPU

AMD AMD AMD AMD AMD AMD AMD

NO EXCEPTIONS

PC will look like shit but will have $800 performance for your price range.

Use EBAY and take advantage of used and best offer. Even if sellers dont offer best offer, if their listing is old and been up for a while, shoot them a message about dropping the price. It works well.

If all goes well you can save a lot of money and get $900 performance out of $650

if i can wait 2 months i can get $900 budget

logicalincrements.com/

here ya go. this will solve all your troubles and answer all your questions.

Then wait two months faggot also this linkIs good but again for visual shit like case, and non essentials like fancy ram vs basic ram, and having SSD's or terabytes of HDD space etc, ignore it. You save money and can dump it to a better CPU and GPU of higher tiers

Would rather have a 10/10 performance gaming pc that looks like shit vs a 6/10 gaming pc that looks good

>$650
AMD Ryzen 5 Build.
Any configuration that works for you.

>cpu cooler
nothing wrong with stock

Well if he goes bare bones on everything and dumps the savings into a higher tier cpu and gpu he may need a cooler. But yeah I forgot AMD new wraith stock coolers are pretty good

>CPU and GPU
$650 vs. $900 will make a colossal difference for someone that needs more than the box and guts (monitor, keyboard, etc.). Wait 2 months, you'll be happy you did.

You have a TV? Use that as your monitor, HDMI is everywhere. Microsoft sells cheap kb/m bundles.
Use pcpartpicker.com combined with logicalincrements
and go lurk the pc build threads on Sup Forums to get an idea of what are the most common and popular parts for this year
AND IF ANY OF YOU FAGGOTS HAVE A 570/580/470/480 YOU CAN SELL THAT SHIT FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE OF WHAT YOU BOUGHT THANKS TO BITCOINS AND ETHEREUM MINING BEING AT AN ALL TIME HIGH

>have a 480 and a spare r9 290
Tempted. It'll be good for the wait for Vega to release

pcpartpicker.com/list/htkGzM

$700 with $110 monitor

If you use your TV and use Ebay or something to buy cheaper than Newegg or Amazon then you can have as much as $150 extra to get a better CPU and GPU and still come under $700

>this faggot recommends AMD

>buying overpriced intel shit on a budget

good luck

Unless you want to be stuck with a dual core processor, it's hard to pair an Intel CPU with a decent GPU at a $650 budget.

anime poster is right. Every budget build must consider the G4560 before anything else.

The GPU can be an AMD, but avoid budget AMD CPUs like the plague.

>Sup Forums thinks they know how to build a pc
I built mine for $250 minus a monitor and it can run everything on ultra easy
You people are fucking retarded

i3 6100+ zotak geoforce 1050 ti

>dual core pentium for $130

No thanks
>I sucked tons of cock on craigslist for massive discounts

Fuck off Linus

>bought it all from newegg no sales

Ryzen werks.

Ryzen ftw

...

>from scratch
nah b, just order a cyberpower. About the same price, easier, and includes a good mouse+keyboard

IBM threading tech > Intel hyperbreading

Then prove it.

Used parts are the best way to go, in my honest opinion. Cheaper and faster to get started with. You can always upgrade later.

>$130

It's $75

also

>muh cores

It has amazing single threaded performance and rivals the i3-7100, and paired with a budget card like RX480 or GTX1060 it runs like a dream. For seventy 5 dollars.
