Upgrade the motherboard and have 16 gigs of RAM. Nobody should have only 8 anymore. Other than that, it's a pretty good build.

As others pointed out, 1080p high games should run at 60fps~ but 52c idle isn't good. Your heatsink either needs a clean or straight up replacing

the only time I even come close to using 8 gb of ram is when I'm heavily modding. 8 gb is fine if you don't mod and aren't worried about futureproofing
