name 3.5 games that do this
>shoot double-barrel shotgun once
>reload it
>takes out both shells
I swear, every fucking game does this. Name me one that doesn't.
Metro games or STALKER games, I forget which series does it. The animation has the player stick a thumb against the unfired shell and shake the other one out.
call of fucking duty, notably world at war and blops come to mind
any sim type shooter
rising storm 2 is one
>Gun with exposed chamber
>Gun is empty but a bullet is still seen in the chamber
Gook Simulator 2
>reload with empty mag
>30 bullets
>reload with bullets still in the mag
>31 bullets
...
>Run out of ammo for beltfed MG
>There is still a belt and it's filled with rounds
>cocking the hammer of a semi-auto
Fucking prison break, every fucking scene with a gun in it
Yep you can do that
>Beltfed MG
>1 ammo left. Belt still long and filled with rounds
>Fire once
>Entire belt gets swallowed
>picked a clip
Makes me want to vomit desu senpai
>reload with an empty mag
>character throws the mag away
>reload with rounds still in the mag
>character puts it in his pocket for later use
1 bullet stays inside the chamber
I know that's what happens, the image was not an ironic smile
>Rising Storm 2
>Some COD games
>PAYDAY 2 with the Jocelyn
>"Realistic" shooter
>Eject a mag and put a fresh one in
>Switch weapons before the slide is pulled
>Have to do the entire reload animation again
You take it out so you can use it later you dingus.
>reload with bullets still in the mag
>31 bullets
>reload with empty mag
>31 bullets because the animation includes putting a single round in the chamber manually
Yeah, but it's movie shit. There's literally no reason to.
No More Room in Hell and all the other games that were mentioned
Sure it's movie shit but it's not like it makes NO sense
>There's literally no reason to.
Lighter trigger pull on the first shot? Showing you're serious?
>voice over says to reload pistol clip
>it reloads internal magazine with an actual clip
Red Orchestra finds small ways to surprise me.
>Calling a magazine a clip
Bunch of faggots ITT you know who you are
>clip fed firearm
>reload with bullets still left
>feeds entire clip into the gun
Infinitely-expanding internal mags.
>Grenade
>Only pulled the pin. Lever still in place.
>Fuse still ignites anyway
>changing magazine!
>swaps out to National Geographic
>game has no 2-litres
>i need more bullets for my shotgun
Battlefield 3 did this and it was so satisfying
>changing clip
>he's reloading a shotgun
>reload gun
>"LOCK N LOAD!"
Were the reload speed realistic for LMGs in call of duty?
It was already slow as fuck but did they actually speed it up?
>run out of shotgun shells
>there is still a full loop of shells on the side of the gun
>Trying to be stealthy with a suppressed gun
>Time to reload
>HOLD ON I'M RELOADING
>Middle of a warzone
>Holding back tears as I brakka brakka blindly down a corridor of smoke praying that the smoke stops returning fire first
>Gun goes dry
>"I better make sure I use the technically accurate term so as not to confuse or upset those around me"
>Cease fire stops as soon as the word "mag" leaves my lips
>My comrades stop and clap
>The enemies stop and clap
>The innocent civilians bleeding out from stray bullets stop and clap
>Our rifles cry out their praise and vow to name their future trigger guards after me
>The war ends from a wave of intelligence and forward thinking sweeping the nation.
>r6 siege
>playing as one of the SAS with a pump shotgun
>decide to top off
>"CHANGING MAGS, COVER ME"
Sledge a best
So glad R6 Siege starts you off with one in the chamber. It's a fun ceremony in some games to fire a single round and reload at the beginning of a round, but it's also fairly unnecessary
>FRAG OUT
>reload gun, 31 rounds chambered
>32 rounds
Ayyy fellow red orchestra bro
31 chambers?
What kind of gun is that?
the ones that were already inside just fall out of the bottom
A really big revolver?
One that's five short of tiger style
>not loving Gears of War active reload sound clips
www.youtube.com/watch?v=YM6pdn2yR3g
>pick bolt action rifle
>it jams
