It's not that it's sneaky, it's something so that like if you're streaming the game you can open up your browser which to the streamer will show over the game but to the stream it will continue showing the game despite the streamer's mouse being shown clicking around nothing. The biggest problem is that devs use absolutely minimum effort when designing their anti-cheat. Valve's VAC is an absolute joke and has for years been easily abused. There are so many private providers out and Valve don't really seem to give a fuck.
