I love Rage, but those bullet sponge enemies almost made me not finish it.

Never had that problem. I always use the revolver with big momma ammo. Oneshots pretty much everything.

Only good thing about Rage was the animations and the skyboxes.

The hit reactions we're good, but being sent back through the same tube level for multiple missions was shit. Also didn't really care for the tone/setting they were going for. Felt like a bad mix of Fallout and Borderlands with some shitty 90s post apoc movie.
