the only ones that would be an issue are those pure platforming levels in the weird dimensions. Everything else was easy thanks to fludd

I cannot run, jump, or climb like Mario can, nor can I fall several stories without taking fall damage. I honestly don't think I could get a single shine.

The first shine in the game is just collecting FLUDD and then spraying the pain monster that hardly even attacks you. I think anyone that isn't mentally deficient could get at least one.

Actually when I was a kid I used to play Mario games and barely jump in them to try and act like what it would be like if I tried to do it myself. I think I'll go do that in Sunshine now for some good old nostalgia.
