Have you played it recently? It's a fucking great game. The frame rate I might agree on, but the game itself is still very solid. I'd definitely pay for 60fps version.

This game is perfect for a remake. They can really do a lot of spectacular Cinematic™ gameplay with the power of the PS4 Pro.

No, but seriously, I've been wanting this. Or any game that lets you fight hueg beasts. With new tech, they can do some cool shit. The only issue is the music probably wouldn't be as good, so it would be best for them to just re-use most of the old tracks.

wasn't it already 60fps on the PS3 remaster? either way I hope they fix the graphical glitches that showed up at far distances due to the increased draw distance, and the flickering shadows/textures. those were my only issues with the PS3 version

Nah it was 30 & that was a problem, the grip was coded for 20fps, bluepoint didn't notice this & the physics are a bit fucked

if this remaster is 60, they better fix the physics & yes the shitty draw distance

of the top of my head there are massive amounts of plains, 2 forests, a craggy area, ruins, 3 lakes, geyser area, a ravine, a desert.

like it would be "sacreligios" to add foliage depth is a game where the only reason they could not add it was tech limitations.
The game isn't specifically a barren wasteland it just is the best of what it could have been at the time.
Now with the current tech, a remake could make the world have more depth
