I think what killed the concept in the first game with me is how none of the Orcs (I guess apart from Ratbag) acknowledge you in any way, I'm hoping it's different this time round.

I didn't watch E3 so I don't know the context here but why are those orcs wearing such polished and quality armor?

I think they're high ranking orcs.

I think it was, but I hope that the end result gives us something like that for every major orc and maybe 1/8 of that for every regular orc. Even if it's just a witty one liner or something depending on what tribe they're from.
