It's too easy though, literally just farm lynels and hearty durians, I have pretty much unlimited hearts and an inventory full of 50 damage swords and 5x bows and hundreds of bomb arrows. Everything pretty much dies instantly

It wasn't bad because it was different, it was bad because of no sub-weapons and items, no range on your weapon, bad enemy placements and patterns, and shit like getting to Death Mountain.

The Guardians legitimately pissed me off with how they could one-shot me during the early game. Honestly the first time I had ever been frustrated with difficulty in Zelda since Zelda II, but of course once you gain access to armor/weapon upgrades, everything becomes 2 ez.
I still play the game, but I do think it could benefit from some content additions.
