Ubisoft's presentation wasn't even bad. Obviously the games are all going to be downgraded until they're unrecognizable by release, but it was still a rock solid, no BS show from start to finish.

Pretty much all of em I was like "Meh" except EA which was just shit. If I had to choose any of them winning it would probably be Sony or Nintendo. Sony had the most reveals I was interested in (Monster Hunter in particular wowing me) while Nintendo had dat Odyssey

EA: D-, BattlEAfront 2 being the only remotely interesting thing, and maybe BF1 Ruskie DLC

Microsoft: B, Metro 3 semi-open world ala Stalker, new DBZ "2D" fighter, Dark Weeb Souls, Cuphead, Ori 2, XboxHuge backwards compatibility, Scorpio looking rather strong for a console and might be worth the price.

Bethesda: D, Wolfenstein The Jew Order 2 now with 300% more diversity and anti-white propaganda but I'll still play it for the gameplay, Evil Within 2 might be okay at least.

PC Show: Lol didn't even watch since they've been cringe the past 2 years and I say this as primarily PC gamer.

Ubisoft: D-, KILL WITEY THE CONFERENCE, Skull & Bones being the only even remotely interesting title.

Sony: D+, all those movie games dear god, God of War might not be utterly terrible, SotC Remake is cool if completely unnecessary since HD collection exist and was good enough, Ni No Kuni 2 looks good

Nintendo: D+, Yeah they announced Prime 4 but it was just a logo JPEG with no release date or anything, not going to save everything else being obligatory sequelitis trash like New Kirby, New Mario, New Zelda DLC, New Amiibo and the general Nintenbro. But hey points for not abandoning Metroid.

This was the worst E3 in awhile. Nintendo won, but it was an incredibly low bar. If MS or Sony had at least one more big reveal either of them could have won.

The winners I'd say were Nintendo and Microsoft, because they showed the fucking games we didn't know we wanted.

Ubisoft doesn't count because their two interesting titles were one riding on Nintendo's coat-tails, and the other a CG trailer for the game they basically held for ransom otherwise.
