So if crab armor isn't DLC and it's not a Mod, what is it? Help Pete Hines figure this one out.

microtansactions based on game modifications

Paid mods?

Why cry about this?

If you really want crab armor and don't want to pay for it, go make it yourself. The tools are there.

If you don't want crab armor then just don't get it and ignore.

Why are whites such crybabies. Specially the alt-right, they always sound like SJWs

>Why are whites such crybabies.
They have jobs and money to cry about.

>PR guy
>possibly the most unlikable person in the industry
Remind me how he has a job

Appreciate the feedback.

Friends with Todd, who is one of the most likeable people in the industry. No one can say no to him, so he helps Pete keep his job.

it's not about crying, it's just funny seeing a shitty PR trying to spin their kike asspulls, and I've never seen such amount of shit outside the videogame industry

>Downloadable content (DLC) is additional content created for a released video game. It is distributed through the Internet by the game's official publisher

>A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, takes the code of a video game and changes it
>Types
>An add-on or addon is a typically small mod which adds to the original content of a specific game. In most cases, an add-on will add one particular element to a game, such as a new weapon in a shooting game

Why do PR people always seem to be the worst people for the job?

It's either paid mods or horse armor microtransactions. Both options are terrible, and this will be their hill that they die on.

Because the only time people actually bother to learn their names is when they're doing a shitty job.

2/10

This is also why Beteshda animation is always shit. The main animator is a college buddy of Todd.

Would you rather Whites copy every other race and become violent subhuman trash? Because we can wipe your kind out tomorrow if you'd like, colored.

Can you really not identify blatant falseflagging? lurk moar

It's overpriced vanity skins Todd is trying to use to boost Bethesda profits at minimal cost, by outsourcing DLC development to amateur neckbeards and sharing pennies on the dollar with them.

it wasn't enough for the industry to begin pulling out "good" skins and selling them in loot crates or $20 DLC packages, now they're even gonna sell amateur mod vanity skins that used to be freely created and distributed for the last 20-30 years before le happy merchant decided it was a new monetization avenue.

The fuck does race have to do with this? Whatta faggot lol.

Because it's always a losing battle. Being in PR is damage control.

>and this will be their hill that they die on.
I agree that both options are shit, but Horse Armor didn't kill Bethesda it started a really shitty trend and if I remember correctly it sold extremely well.

If you ask me the push for mods on consoles was to push this out. Console players are a bit more accepting of shit business practices like this and if they accept this there really isn't an argument against it because "it's really successful".

>content produced by Bethesda, published online for sale and download
>not DLC
How long until a class action lawsuit is filed?

Appreciate the feedback.
Pete tell the Master that dumdums want mod season pass

(A) Appreciate the feedback.
(B) Hate the feedback.
(C) Appreciate the feedback.
(D) What feedback?

how fucking hard is it to post
>we're introducing a new add-on storefront in collaboration with external content creators under bethesda supervision
and then STFU instead of going passive aggressive while pissing off more and more people, the paid mod kikery is enough, but that's adding insult to injury

Oh god what

Good answer.

...

Looks like Todd is a good friend who doesn't abandon you no matter what.

DLC is a bad word
just like DRM, which denuvo is but the PR insists on not being one

>Thousands of dollars on Bethesda products
fucking how???

Fucking nice.

He bought all the skyrims.

>Because it's always a losing battle. Being in PR is damage control.
Except in PR you aren't supposed to be a condescending asshole, which is the type of person who always seems to be hired for video game PR

KEK

Appreciate the feedback

That's fucking bananas user.

A mod season pass.
It's the perfect idea
It only lasts a single season

@380344507
Decent bait until you went too far with the race and horseshoe theory shit, try to be less obvious and you'll get a (you)

If this paid mod shit takes off, it'll be natural for them to introduce this shit. It'll likely have different membership packages of 1 month, 3 months and 6 months where you'll be entitled to all the paid mods released during that period. I still have faith that there's a limit to how much they can nickle-and-dime their customers before enough is enough. While they hardly still have any competition in providing this sort of game in the market, other games are getting longer with higher production values to a point where FO4 was deemed outdated even by normies shortly after release. The industry is moving forward while Beth is stagnating too much on its own while coming up with these fucked up schemes.

It's not certain but I do hope they end up earning a shitload of ill will in their normie fanbase, leading to massive decline in their in-house releases.

>Downloadable content is not downloadable content

Bethesda.

>Why are whites such crybabies
I laughed

Pete Hines is far worse than Todd Howard could ever be.

I feel like Todd just gets ahead of himself in creating and being hype. Pete just despises his job and everyone that he comes in contact with.
