I need a mod on Skyrim for the PS4 that unlocks all shouts, or at least clear skies. All shouts would be more fun and more people would enjoy that mod, but it would also be harder.

Literally this. I always play TES games with an alternate start. Morrowind is one of my favorite games ofall time and I've never touched the main quest.
