Why does all of the armor make him look fat? Is it more realistic or something?

The only one I usually see this issue with is the Griffin armour, and that's just because it's a breast plate.
Dudes in his 50's and spends a lot of time drinking and whoring, that'll give you a gut.
he's in his 90s m80
yes
armor is meant to cover you and protect you, not look fancy, though in this game it accomplishes both in some circumstances
>Dudes in his 50's
Geralt's nearly 100.
In that case I'd fucking hope he has a gut by now
Imdont give a fuck about lore but I'm glad you two autistic could feel better about yourselves
It takes literally 2 minutes to google how soldiers dressed in early Renaissance. You can also look up the Kingdom Come Deliverance video on its layering system.
user, everyone knows you get the loose and short hair, a beard, and Cat School armor, and look like a Castlevania character.
This is the only armor that matters.
>he's in his 90s m80
He's actually in his 120s, at the youngest.
But that's wrong you fucking retard.
ultra pleb
I wonder what percentage of us started with W1 and played all the way through W3.
best armor
>using armor at all
>not rolling with white shirt like a true witcher
Plebs
Bear is my favorite too. Though I wish the gambeson wasn't so long. In real life Geralt would probably be tripping on that shit.
I've yet to play W3. Is there an explanation as to why Thaler is no longer geriatric? Dude was pushing 60 or more in the 1st game. Or was it just that the devs didn't like the idea of Shani graverobbing.
absolute patrician taste
best armor and best hair
>Shani graverobbing
Wut?
She was riding that old man cock.
they generally didn't give a fuck about the first game (not much about the 2nd one either)
?????????
Wow Geralt can passively levitate objects? He is much more powerful than he was in the books
nah
>that hair
lmao
abnormaly low. I can't see anyone picking W1 up and playing through it these days. Game was golden when it came out, yet aged hard
> Hookers are wearing the same clothes as the sorceresses
Really makes you think.
The story is still good, but the mechanics suck. You can finish the game just by spamming Aard/Igni
>You can finish the game just by spamming Aard/Igni
Sounds like every Witcher game to me
need more anime geralt posts these days imo
I did, played W1 and W2 in 2016 and W3 in 2017
AMA
I just finished up all the books 2 months ago including Season of Storms, then W1 neutral path (combat is actually pretty damned fun, it just takes too long to upgrade it enough to realize it), then W2 Roche, now trying W2 Iorveth. Then W3.
I prefer the Wolf armor, but the Bear one is also great.
>CDPR fucks up color schemes to implement gay ass dye system
they were fine the way they were before
>I can't see anyone picking W1 up and playing through it these days
I finished it a week ago. Had a lot of fun with it too. It's the first game in a long time that I stayed up half the night playing several times. Sided with the Scoia'tael and am now playing through TW2 on Iorveth's path. I'm finding it more of a slog than the first one to be honest though. I like the characters and the story's decent, but the environments are dull as fuck and I don't like the combat at all.
I played it with the combat rebalance mod and found it to be pretty fun for the most part. Geralt is fragile as fuck, so you have to move a lot to avoid getting surrounded and potion up properly.
Happy for you. I played the original in 2009, after reading the book. Had tons of fun with it. Tried to replay it yesteryear, uninstalled during Act 2. Somehow didn't manage to keep me involved as much as I rememberd it to.
Maybe it's not the game, maybe it's me :/
bear
...
Played 1 and 2 when 2 came out, and 3 when it came out.
Level 2 looks the best to me. The level 3 looks less practical, and the large shin guards make no sense since the mail coat is long enough.
This triggers Sup Forumsiedźmin
This is a turbo faggot, get a good look kids.
...
Stop using the bounty hunter armour OP.
Anyway not all of them do. The wolf gear is pretty slim looking.
>Niggers are talking shit about Griffin armor
Comfortable, medieval and with a lush green finish. Its the seasoned warrior's armor of choise
>cat armor makes Geralt look like a twink
>griffin armor makes Geralt fat
>wolf armor is too modern
>bear armor is too hot
I'm too autistic for this game.
He just looked like shit in the first game along with 70% of all the other character models
i think it was just the character model , i thought the same thing when i played w3 and after replaying the first one recently i noticed its the exact same actor voicing him
It's funny how many returning voices there are, even from the 1st game, which is odd considering how everyone was recast in 2 except Geralt. Vesemir and Eskel have the same voice actors, but sound vastly better because the english VO direction isn't dogshit this time around.
This is even more ridiculous.
>which is odd considering how everyone was recast in 2 except Geralt.
They originally were planning to recast him. But someone in the CDPR staff or one of the English casting directors or someshit was just like 'lol, why don't we just ask Doug to come back?'
That was a good decision.
>not using the Redanian Halberdiers armor
