Ciri and Geralt spent a year and a half together in total and Ciri and Yenn spent around a month together. The thing is the three are connected by destiny. Ciri is Geralt's destiny child, Geralt "got" her by evoking the Law of Surprise. Yenn and Geralt, despite at first disliking each other strongly are drawn together, seemingly by some higher power. In other words, they are destined to be together and with time they realize this.
Plus there's the fact that witchers and sorceresses are sterile. Yenn, as a woman feels the need to fulfill her motherly role and Geralt sort of has an adopted daughter (Ciri), whom he is, again, connected to by destiny. So Ciri is sort of their adopted daughter in a way and since she has no family of her own, she is in a very vulnerable state and thus clings to the only two people who seem to genuinely care about her.
