I used to hate League and love Dota but I've had a change of heart recently. League is a lot simpler and less strategic but it's also a lot more mechanically involved, nearly everything being a skill shot makes me feel like I actually have control and an opportunity to defeat an enemy despite them having more farm than me and the game not devolving into "well you deserved to auto-lose for allowing him to get that much gold at all".
