That's because actual VAs don't find voice acting for the video game industry that "prestigious". Those cool British voice actors in Bloodborne? Those were primarily stage actors and TV serie actors. Voicing in vidya was just some side job for them.

I am always happy to see Claudia Black and Laura Bailey voicing a game. They're both very consistent and that's probably the most important quality in voice acting
