The shooting is pretty much the same as MGSV. Enemies will be human and non-human. The enemies are controlled by more powerful enemies, so part of the strategy is to kill the generals first, which makes the other enemies vulnerable.

Having different engines is not unheard of (Like mixing an engine tailored for action games with one made for driving games to have both sequences in gameplay) but these circumstances make it very unlikely and unnecessary. No need to mix a shooting engine with a shooting engine.

99% of leaks on Sup Forums are fake there's the very rare occasion when they are legit. As to when leaks take place oftentimes is people who no longer work for the company.

Games dont leak just like that. Companies are well aware of all the usual "leaks" we get, like store X has put GAME to be released on this date. Its something minor so they dont care.
Major leaks are something made by the game companies itself, you contract social media managers and they shill your shit in some way they think its creative, usually in what they consider underground-but-world-wide-known places (like Sup Forums or reddit) so the leak looks legit and gets discussed even if its BS.
